About

I work at the point where enterprise architecture, applied AI, and responsible execution meet.

I am a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS in Munich. I work with organizations adopting applied AI in regulated environments.

My technical focus is agent reliability, LLM evaluation, MCP, identity, policy controls, observability, and human approval. I am most interested in the gap between a convincing prototype and a system an enterprise can operate with confidence.

What I work on

  • Reliable agent systems: bounded tools, explicit contracts, failure handling, evaluation, and operational evidence.
  • Governed execution: identity, authorization, policy controls, human approval, and auditability for consequential actions.
  • Enterprise architecture: turning model capability into a system that fits real security, data, integration, and operating constraints.
  • Technical communication: making architecture choices understandable to builders, business leaders, and customers.

How I approach the work

I prefer concrete systems over abstract capability claims. A useful architecture should expose its assumptions, failure modes, controls, and evidence. A useful demo should let another person inspect what happened and why.

That principle also shapes this site. The projects link to working code or live demonstrations. The articles make the reasoning behind them reusable.
